Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through Bank mode within 15 working days from the date of email done. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery. Complaints if any, should be registered on “email@example.com” within 24 hours from the time of delivery to customer as per normal delivery schedule. No complaints will be registered after 24 hours or without tags. Damage claim shall not be admissible in case of delivery after 7 days or thereafter from the normal date of delivery as intimated. Damage claim shall be subject to lowest of ten times of bill amount of damaged clothes. Self declaration is required in case of special care for any reason or else, the company shall not be responsible for shrinkage, fastness, colour running, colour bleed, damages to embellishments or embroidery work on the articles or garments during the processing. The company reserves the right to change the offer at any time, without prior information. Any claim/refund will be settled through bank account only. If garments are not collected within 7 days from the time of intimation for delivery, the company shall take charges for caring and locker charges @ Rs 25 per day upto 30 days. After the expiry of 30 days the company reserves the right to dispose of the item or donate it to charity. Please ensure proper counting and checking of clothes in front of biker or delivery van guys at the time of delivery. Once the biker or delivery van guy leaves the places, no complaint will be registered and company will not be liable for any claim/complain.
